A great campground with lots to do at the park as well as in the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful: we asked a lot of questions and they had a lot of answers. They can even arrange to have one of the tour guides come by and pick you up to show you Niagra Falls! We left the RV at home for this one and stayed in one of their cabins. It was clean and provided us with everything that we needed. Water was close by just as promised. The Wi-Fi worked well for the little that we used it. The bathrooms were clean, but it looked like the showers could use a remodel. The patio sites looked amazing and when we come back with our RV we will be sure to rent one of those. The regular sites were well maintaned but might be a little close together. All in all we loved this KOA and we will be back just as soon as we can. Loved the park, loved the area and we especially enjoyed the people.

Pulled in here and there was nobody working in the office, or anywhere on the campground. There were a few other campers in here but from the looks of the grass that had grown around the tires I think they hadn't been used in awhile. Thought about just pulling into a site and paying in the morning but I couldn't figure out where the sites were, no markings, no pads, no gravel. The park looked overgrown and in need of some general maintenance. I didn't stay the first time and I probably wouldn't try to stay again.

We have stayed at this park multiple times over the last few years, and it just keeps getting better and better. The people working are very friendly and the sites are well taken care of. The sites are on the uneven side but nothing that a little leveling couldn't take care of. We were in a 38 Motorhome towing a truck. Total length is over 50ft and I have never had any problems getting into or out of the sites. People who have a hard time getting into these sites may want to consider purchasing a smaller rig that they are capable of driving. We love this park and will continue to come back to see all the wonderful improvements they continue to make.

This park was a mess. I understand that people like to take there kids swimming and all but this place needs to advertise itself as a playground instead of a campground. Tons of kids which is all right except when they are driving golf carts all over the place. The site we were in was a big dusty gravel pit. The other options we had were to back into a site that was between two permanent campers. I didn't even bother trying considering how tight the interior roads were. The place was noisy and chaotic. Although we payed for a week we left after the second day to camp at another park near by. If you want some place to turn your kids loose this is it. If you want to camp think about heading somewhere else.

We recently heard about this campground on the radio and thought that we would check it out. We weren't disappointed but certainly not impressed either. It had all the amenities you expect from a newer park and everything worked fine. There just seemed to be a lack of things to do if you aren't a golfer. Its fine for an overnight park but I wouldn't plan on staying for more than a night.

We stayed here because the other campground became a KOA and we typically avoid those. However Utts campground was difficult to get into(steep steep steep entry and exit) the sites weren't clearly marked, and we were on top of a hill with no trees. We were at the mercy of the sun and the wind. It was like camping in a field

We've camped here several times in the last year and have been completely won over. The sites were wide and most were pull through. Bathrooms were some of the cleanest we have seen. I hate to see people rate a campground from years ago as so much has changed here in the last year or so. The only way to find out for sure is to come by yourself and see all the great changes.

Camped here last summer and was somewhat disappointed. This was a return trip for us and we were shocked at how much had changed since the buy out. The new employees seemed uninterested in helping and I think they had very little knowledge of RV's anyway. We also had some sewer hookup problems. The water slide and pool are nice but my wife and I never even went near them.

This park was clean and well managed. The sites are all on different levels so you never have anyone in front or behind you. All in all a beautiful park. However the real reason this park is so special is the staff/owners. Even though the park was full when we arrived they still stopped by and took the time to chat with us and made sure that we were taken care of. We will deffinitly be coming back to this park soon.

This park was clean and well maintaned. The staff was friendly and very helpful and there was plenty to do in the area. If we had any complaints it would be the train that came through every morning. All things considered this was a very nice park and I would stay there again if we are in the area.

Still a little primitive but very nice and very quite. The best part about this campground is how close it is to Payson. I use to tent in this area when I was younger and it was nice to see that it hasnt been over run by urban sprawl. Its a great campground for weekenders but full timers might not find it as appealing.
